Lasse Lievonen
I am an attorney-at-law specializing in criminal law, dispute resolution and business law.
I am the co-founder of Freda Partners Attorneys Ltd. Before that, I was an entrepreneur in the law firm I founded.
In recent years, my practice has focused on complex criminal litigation, where I have served clients in a wide range of cases, including white-collar crimes, drug crimes, violence crimes, official misconducts, and dishonesty crimes. Cases relating to the freedom of expression are also a focus of my interest.
In the field of business law, I have in recent years provided services to SMEs, both in support of operational business and as part of mergers and acquisitions. My expertise covers a wide range of areas, including business contracts, terms of service, data protection advice and corporate finance and ownership arrangements.
I also provide services in family law and child law.
